Cool and damp.\u00a0\u00a0 Still some chance of rain though.\u00a0\u00a0 Yesterday’s rain didn’t last long, but it dripped most of\u00a0 the morning.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It was fairly dry by evening.\u00a0\u00a0 It got a lot cooler too as the day progressed.\u00a0 So I’m hoping for cool and clear, not too wet.<\/p>\n
I did what I needed to do yesterday, after the rain stopped.\u00a0\u00a0 Hit up Costco for gas (saved $6 on a tank)\u00a0 and food (spent a bunch, didn’t even stock up.)\u00a0 Store looked ok.\u00a0\u00a0 I didn’t walk the aisles, but things were on sale, and most of the usual items seemed to be there.\u00a0\u00a0 I was there to buy a couple of bottles of wine, and the lamb for dinner.\u00a0\u00a0 Lamb was not on sale.<\/p>\n
Got home, cooked, ate, celebrated.\u00a0\u00a0 Fell asleep.<\/p>\n
Today I’ve got two pickups, in the same area but far south.\u00a0 The items were very cheap, but we’ll see if they were cheap enough.\u00a0\u00a0 Then I’ve got to get loaded up, and head to the BOL.\u00a0\u00a0 Wife will be carting the kids and their friends.\u00a0\u00a0 It would be good if I could front run them a little bit and have the lights on when they arrive.<\/p>\n
It would also be nice if it was dry and warm all weekend.\u00a0\u00a0 The weather liars have mixed ideas about that.\u00a0 I can hope.<\/p>\n
This week was about stacking up good times.\u00a0\u00a0 Back to the grind next week.\u00a0\u00a0 But for now, party on Wayne!\u00a0 Party on Garth!<\/p>\n
