I finally got up on the roof and replaced the batteries in my weather station.\u00a0 And it didn’t make a difference in the “77F and 84%RH” displays.\u00a0\u00a0 Time to dig out the backup.\u00a0 While I had the ladder out, I cleaned off the roof.\u00a0\u00a0 The pollen pods (like little caterpillars) were clumping and filling the valleys.\u00a0 The sharp leaves from one of the oaks were also collecting and forming dams.\u00a0\u00a0 It all looks a lot better now that it’s clean.\u00a0 Cleaned the domes on a couple of the cams. Then\u00a0 I noticed that I have to do my annual ‘cutting back of the tree’ too.\u00a0 Might be bi-annual this time around.\u00a0 There’s a lot of growth too close to the roof.<\/p>\n
I did a bunch of sorting and binning for the auction, but couldn’t do a drop off.\u00a0\u00a0 No reply from the auctioneer, and then I’d missed my window.\u00a0\u00a0 Had to pick up the kids.<\/p>\n
Won a couple of things for the BOL and the house in yesterday’s auctions.\u00a0\u00a0 There is always something more I need, and an endless flow of stuff through the auctions means I eventually get a chance to bid on it.\u00a0 Sometimes, I win.<\/p>\n
Today I’ve got pickups to do.\u00a0 Hopefully the rain holds off, but I think I can get everything in the Expedition if it’s pouring down.\u00a0 Before that though, I have to get the house cleaned up.\u00a0\u00a0 My organizing and sorting means there is a ton of stuff piled up around the house.\u00a0\u00a0 No way can I leave that for my wife to come home to.\u00a0\u00a0 Wouldn’t be prudent.<\/p>\n
