Warm and damp.\u00a0\u00a0 Possibility of rain.\u00a0 Likely rain…\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 So some things won’t get done today. We got scattered sprinkles yesterday, with some places getting more than that.\u00a0\u00a0 I could see the rain and clouds in the distance, but it was clear for me.\u00a0\u00a0 Houston is like that.\u00a0 Someone gets the rain, but not necessarily you.\u00a0 And then they say “It rained in Houston today.”<\/p>\n

Did some auction stuff.\u00a0\u00a0 Dropped off and picked up… and I’ll do more of that today.\u00a0\u00a0 Plus, it’s time to start planning for what work I want to get done at the BOL this weekend.\u00a0\u00a0 Of course, I didn’t get all the stuff done here that I wanted to get done.\u00a0\u00a0 Never do…<\/p>\n

Had some rice with dinner last night.\u00a0\u00a0 It went into the bucket in 2014.\u00a0\u00a0 Sat undisturbed until last year or maybe even before that.\u00a0\u00a0 Then the bucket was opened but closed up with a gamma seal lid.\u00a0 Cooked up just fine.\u00a0\u00a0 No problems, no changes, just rice.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (we don’t eat a lot of rice, but I stack a lot because it’s cheap and versatile.\u00a0\u00a0 We’re eating more lately, but I’ve been using the Minute Rice, or the heat and serve packs to save time.)\u00a0\u00a0 I didn’t do anything special when it was stored either.\u00a0\u00a0 YMMV, but buy quality rice, fill the bucket, leave it sealed.\u00a0\u00a0 It will last a long time.<\/p>\n

Keep stacking food.\u00a0\u00a0 Everybody needs to eat.<\/p>\n
