Cooler but warming later here in Houston.<\/p>\n
Didn’t get a lot done yesterday.\u00a0 Did get some stuff sorted and put away.\u00a0\u00a0 Cut the grass.\u00a0\u00a0 Broke down and vac sealed the remaining meat from the shopping run (just the vac sealed pork tenderloin.)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Got three nice roasts out of it, and decided not to do any chops.\u00a0\u00a0 Cooked one roast for dinner with collard greens from the garden as a side.\u00a0\u00a0 Collards are on their second or possibly third year, and still produce.\u00a0\u00a0 Had a loaf of the shelf stable sourdough bread too, since I was already running the oven.<\/p>\n
Felt kinda ‘off’ all day.\u00a0\u00a0 Too much sun on Sunday maybe.<\/p>\n
Today I’ve got stuff to do.\u00a0 Pickups, drop offs, and moving stuff around.\u00a0\u00a0 I need to do some more tax paperwork, and some office work too.\u00a0 There is always something more to do.<\/p>\n
Like stacking all the things, you need to do more of that.<\/p>\n
