Still hot in Houston.\u00a0\u00a0 Not ‘summer melt the car’ hot but still hot.\u00a0\u00a0 Yesterday started nice and cool for me, but ended on the warmer side.\u00a0 It was down to 75F at midnight though.\u00a0\u00a0 That’s a big change from last week.\u00a0 Fall is here.<\/p>\n
Didn’t get much done yesterday.\u00a0\u00a0 I’ll admit to throwing fake bait at fish for a short time in the morning, without success, but then I cleaned up and secured the house for the week.\u00a0\u00a0 Headed home, made my pickups.\u00a0\u00a0 Dumped my trash at my secondary.\u00a0\u00a0 And came home to sick wife, unhappy kids, and a messed up garage…<\/p>\n
So I ate dinner, messed around on the computer (all hail king bandwidth) reset the trap for the possum, and headed for bed.\u00a0 Some days that’s the best you can hope for.<\/p>\n
Today I’ve got plans but I’m not going to tell the universe what they are.\u00a0\u00a0 Maybe I’ll have a chance to stick to the plan if I don’t.\u00a0\u00a0 Some are gonna depend on the wife and D1’s booger test first thing in the morning, some will depend on weather, and some might depend on other people.\u00a0\u00a0 Prepping will be involved.\u00a0\u00a0 Home maintenance might be involved, and gnu willing, possums might be involved.<\/p>\n
If you don’t have traps and poisons for dealing with vermin, get some.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And stack it high.<\/p>\n
