Hot and humid.\u00a0 Yeah, really.\u00a0 I know, you think I’m kidding but I’m not!\u00a0 Highest I saw it yesterday was 92F in the shade, but it might have exceeded that in the sunnier areas.\u00a0\u00a0 Not much breeze either.\u00a0\u00a0 Fortunately\u00a0 it was overcast with spotty drizzle for much of the day.<\/p>\n
Got the power undergrounded, and a new panel in place.\u00a0 We thought the co-op had screwed us up by not replacing the pole ahead of time, but it actually saved us time when they stuck around to do the reconnect.\u00a0 4 hrs total, and I got a trench dug for my LP gas line.\u00a0\u00a0 Still need to upgrade all the branch circuits, and do something proper to supply the outbuildings and the dock, but at least the burnt stuff is gone, and I can turn off the house without pulling the meter.<\/p>\n
Today I think I’ll get the gas line in the trench, and maybe do some plumbing.\u00a0\u00a0 There’s a lot on the list, I’m sure I’ll find something…<\/p>\n
Stack some spare parts, or supplies for the project you know you need to do.\u00a0\u00a0 You’ll be glad you did.<\/p>\n
