Got some rain yesterday.\u00a0\u00a0 Lots in the afternoon.\u00a0 Buckets full.\u00a0 By late last night it was down to 76F.\u00a0 Shockingly low temp.\u00a0 We may be over the hump of summer and on the downward slide toward “winter”.<\/p>\n
I reported on my trip to the grocery store yesterday.\u00a0 Basically, most of the stuff that wasn’t in stock before is now, but selection is down, quantities seem to be down, and there were gaps on the shelves.\u00a0 Prices seem to be half again, or double what they were before this all started.\u00a0\u00a0 I took the opportunity to hand pick my veggies, and to load up on some other stuff.<\/p>\n
For what it’s worth, 45 pounds of sugar fits in a 5 gallon bucket.<\/p>\n
And I think I’m set for cake mixes for a while.<\/p>\n
Plans for the day?\u00a0 Same as every day Pinky, ….<\/p>\n
