Yesterday was both, although the humidity was the bigger issue.\u00a0 No cooling off with sweat if your sweat won’t evaporate.<\/p>\n
I spent the day in the garage, driveway, and back yard.\u00a0 I moved, grouped, covered, and put away a bunch of stuff.\u00a0 And it looks like Laura will completely miss me.\u00a0 I’ll have to undo some of the work to get to stuff after today.<\/p>\n
But, for the moment, I’ve got momentum going and I’m going to stay with it.\u00a0\u00a0 I’ll keep working in the garage and on prepping the gennies.\u00a0 That should keep me busy.<\/p>\n
I have no idea what the aftermath of Laura looks like as I write this.\u00a0 The storm just made landfall, and I’m headed to bed.\u00a0 I’m so beat from being in the sun and working all day that I intend to sleep in.\u00a0\u00a0 I’m sure it’s bad, and I’ll update anything when I get caught up.<\/p>\n
They arrested the shooter from the rioting in Kenosha.\u00a0 He’s 17 according to reports.\u00a0 Blogs are trumpeting that it was a righteous self defense shooting, based on video from the scene.\u00a0 The other media, and the prosecutor- not so much.\u00a0 I guess time will tell, but Ol Remus’ advice should be taken to heart- Avoid Crowds.<\/p>\n
