Didn&#8217;t seem like that much effort, but I was sweaty so I needed to drink.   Hands are stiff like paddles, back is sore, and I&#8217;m feeling every muscle.  Getting old sucks, and this situation is not sustainable.  I need to get back to stretching and exercising.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as the kids are fed, I need to unload the truck, head over to my secondary location, do some stuff there, while wife does some last minute cleanup at the rental.
