Still hot. Still humid. Still soaked to the skin working outside, or in the stifling heat of a still air building… Over 100F in the shade, and hotter than Haiti in the sun. More today, more of the same tomorrow.<\/p>\n
Did some stuff, although not as much as I should have. Did some office stuff. Moved the meat from the portable freezer to the upright, only one needed re-sealing so I put it in the fridge to eat this week.<\/p>\n
Tried to change the air filter on the Ranger, but the case I have on hand didn’t fit. I don’t know when I made the mistake, but I got them cheap. THOUGHT I had that covered though, and I do not.<\/p>\n
Ordered a bluray drive for my main PC. Ordered some other stuff too. SO EASY, and not great for the local economy nor any sense of diversity or resilience. On the other hand, no one in town had one. That might be a chicken and egg problem, but at the end of today, I had no real choice.<\/p>\n
Today I’ll do some more stuff. Or not. But I’ll do something. I’m sure I’ll spend time stretching first.<\/p>\n
